कई स्टडी में दावा किया गया है कि हवा के जरिए भी कोरोना आपको संक्रमित कर सकता है, ऐसे में बंद कमरे में भी किसी दूसरे शख्स की मौजूदगी में मास्क पहनने और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग की सलाह दी जाती है. इन सबके बीच अब CSIR ने एक ऐसी डिवाइस की खोज की है जो हवा में भी कोरोना की जांच कर सकती है. बंद कमरे में कोरोना है या नहीं इसकी जांच करने में ये डिवाइस काम आएगी. CSIR की नेशनल एयरोस्पेस लैबोरेटरी ने इस डिवाइस को विकसित किया है. नेशनल एयरोस्पेस लैबोरेटरी बैंगलोर के डायरेक्टर जितेंद्र जे जाधव के मुताबिक कमरे या हॉल में मौजूद सभी सदस्यों से खुद को क्वारंटी करने का मैसेज भी भेजा जाता है. इस डिवाइस का नाम “पैन सीएसआईआर एयर सैम्पलर” रखा गया है. इस डिवाइस को किसी भी कमरे या हॉल में रखा जा सकता है. कमरे की हवा को ये अपनी तरफ खींचता है. अगर वायरस हवा में होगा तो वो इस डिवाइस में पहुंच जाएगा. इसे दिन में कुछ देर कमरे में रखने के बाद डिवाइस के मेम्ब्रेन का आरटी-पीसीआर टेस्ट करना होगा. अगर ये पॉजिटिव पाया जाता है तो हॉल में मौजूद सदस्यों को एक मैसेज भेजा जाता है कि आप संक्रमित जगह पर थे.
