Iraq’s Ain al-Asad airbase hosting U.S. forces comes under fresh attack

Iraq’s Ain al-Asad air base hosting American forces has come under a fresh rocket attack.This is the second such attack this week on the base in Iraq’s western Anbar province. Ain al-Assad was also hit by three rockets on Monday. The latest attack came less than a day after drones hit another US base at Erbil airport in the northern Kurdistan.
