Intra-party funding not over

The amaBhungane Centre for Investigative Journalism will get another chance at the High Court to state its case in the fight for access to the financial records of President Cyril Ramaphosa’s CR17 campaign. That’s according to a judgment handed down a shortwhile ago by the Constitutional Court. Amabhungane joined the matter as an intervening party, asking for transparency on intra-party campaigns such as the CR17 campaign.
