Survey finds 60 percent of women of colour face discrimination

Many women of colour feel unsafe at work, and aren’t comfortable enough to speak up about it, according to a recent national survey. The report found that 60 percent of the respondents faced discrimination relating to their gender, ethnicity or religion while at work.
