City Power concludes report on Crosby electrucution

City Power says a preliminary investigation has found that a meter was bridged, resulting in the electrocution of a couple in Crosby. Newlyweds, Zaheer and Nabeela Sarang, died in the bathroom of their home, near Mayfair in Johannesburg, over the weekend.
