Tasmania coroner finds 2013 mine deaths entirely avoidable

A Tasmanian coroner has found the deaths of two mine workers was entirely avoidable – had basic principles been adhered to. Craig Gleeson and Alastair Lucas died at the Mount Lyell mine in Queenstown in 2013.
