Loni incident: FIR against twitter under these sections

Ghaziabad Police has filed an FIR against Twitter India in connection with the Loni incident, in which a man was thrashed and his beard was chopped off. Twitter no longer has legal protection in India from prosecution over users' posts as it has failed to comply with new IT rules. Watch the video for more information.
