MELB emerges from 4th lockdown, some measures remain

Many bars, cafes and restaurants are reopening in Melbourne today. For many, the past 2 weeks of lockdown have set them back significantly. Wine bar owner, Carmel Pietro-Marcire, says the reopening is a relief to small business owners and staff.
