Ex-SC justice seeks law changes to reflect arbitral ruling

A former Supreme Court justice suggests a possible amendment to the law defining the country's maritime boundaries and that this be certified urgent by the President. It would identify at least 100 maritime features in the West Philippine Sea to enforce the 2016 arbitral award.
