REAL UBE BABKA ROLLS | Ube Swirl Bread Rolls | Purple Yam Bread

Ube babka is a sweet Filipino dessert made from purple yam. This recipe did not disappoint! This is probably one of my favorite bread recipes now. Try my recipe below and let me know in the comments section what you think!
✔️Dough
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tbsp instant yeast
2 -1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

✔️Filling
1/2 cup UBE powder
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Evaporated milk
1/3 cup Coconut Cream milk
Pinch of Violet Color
2 tbsp butter

Baking time: 20 mins @ 150C
Please check your actual bread texture when baking coz time & temp may vary with oven specification.
