Taking care of your mental health first makes you stronger.
Many short guided meditations can be found online for free.
Once you prioritize your time, if you need extensions ask for them.

In the prioritization matrix “importance” and “time” can be substituted for other considerations like “reward” and “risk.”

10 means very high importance
Try not to rate items in the middle (as a 5) wherever possible. It makes it harder to prioritize items.
0 is not important at all

Physical health, mental health, and mindset are all important.
Goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound.
You cannot delegate schoolwork unless you are working in a group.

What do you NOT have access to right now?
If you do not communicate with your teacher they will not know.

The flexibility of online learning means that some students in the best of times procrastinate until the last minute.

I have been getting up at 5 am for over a month now and it has really boosted my productivity.

Give yourself time limits in your calendar. Take breaks.
