There are three new coronavirus cases in Victoria, totalling to 63. Acting Vic. Premier James Merlino says restrictions in regional Victoria will ease as planned tonight. He says over 57,000 Victorians received a coronavirus test and over 23,000 vaccines were administered yesterday. There are still only five reasons to leave home.
