The pandemic has changed the way we do shopping, and it isn't necessarily for the better when we have the environment in mind.

Regardless of which app you use, a package comes with many different sorts of plastic attached to it. Once the package is open, these plastics are simply clutter.

Rachelle Lacanlale is among those who found herself tapping on "add to cart" when the pandemic began. But as this continued, she soon realized the amount of plastic that goes into our landfill and how that shouldn't be the case.

This paved the way to the conception of JuanBag.
