The Suspect, David Nduati, Is Said To Have Been Intoxicated When The Unfortunate Turn Of Events Ensued. The Female Has Been Identified As Joyce Mwende Aged 30 While The Infant Is One-Year-Old Raji. Police Have Launched Investigations To Establish The Motive Of The Killings.
