Vaccine के विदेशी निर्माताओं की जानकारी मांगने पर HC ने लगाया 10 हजार का जुर्माना | वनइंडिया हिंदी

A petition was filed in the court seeking information about the application for approval of the vaccine in India by foreign vaccine manufacturers. On which the court took a tough stand. The Delhi High Court not only dismissed the petition. Rather, a fine of Rs 10,000 has also been imposed on the petitioner.

विदेशी वैक्सीन निर्माताओं द्वारा भारत में वैक्सनी के अप्रूवल के लिए आवेदन की जानकारी मांगने की याचिका कोर्ट में दाखिल की गई. जिस पर कोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाया. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने न सिर्फ याचिका को खारिज कर दिया. बल्कि याचिकाकर्ता पर 10 हज़ार रुपयों का जुर्माना भी लगाया है.
