Europe begins to re-open from the Coronavirus lockdown

Despite growing concerns over the spread of the Indian variant of coronavirus - much of Europe is continuing to open up from the lockdown. On Monday - indoor dining will resume here in the UK. In Italy - the beaches are re-opening. And in parts of Spain - some football fans will be allowed back for the final games of the season. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
