Jharkhand: Driver, instead of doctor, treating the patient!

In Chatra, Jharkhand, there is an oxygen cylinder next to an elderly person lying on the bed of the hospital, but there is no plastic mask connecting the cylinder to the nose. Oxygen is being installed in the general ward by a driver. The medical staff is not enough, so the driver is installing oxygen cylinders. Watch this report.
