- keep your legs as high as possible while resting (relative to the heart);
- do yoga (keeping your legs at a 45 angle with the wall);
- use horse chestnut-based products;
- use Centella asiatica to strengthen blood vessels;
- consume lemon peel, which is rich in routine;
- consume vitamin C and flavonoids, which strengthen the connective tissue around the veins in the legs;
