Former PM says Federal Govt should conduct national security review

Former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd says the Federal Government should conduct a national security review of the Darwin Port lease to a Chinese company. But the Government says the deal isn't subject to new laws allowing it to veto foreign arrangements.
