Kemba Walker Postgame Interview | Celtics vs Hornets

Kemba Walker was interviewed postgame after the Celtics’ 125-104 loss vs the Charlotte Hornets. He was asked about his apparent injury where he left the floor in the middle of the game.
“I can’t even really explain it to be honest,” said Walker. He seemingly tweaked something around his hip area. “Just felt some weird pain on my side… can’t really explain, was just pretty painful at the time.” When asked if he’s feeling better Walker responded, “I’m fine right now, [but] I’m still hurt a little to be honest.”
Walker was also asked about the poor effort the Celtics seemingly played with. “They just flat out beat us,” said Walker. “We gotta be better… we just gotta go out and do it.”
Walker was not very talkative in his postgame interview today. It was clear that he was frustrated with the loss, or at least irked over something. When asked about the frustration of getting blown out with nearly everyone healthy, he simply responded with “I’m not sure.” That ended his interview.
