Mental illness and disorders are on the rise in Mombasa County particularly among the youth due to the tough economy, high unemployment rates and drug abuse. Those affected are now asking for Medicare, basic needs and the covid-19 vaccine jab in order to protect them against the coronavirus. And as Lucy Riley reports, at least 70 invalids in the vulnerable population may get the help they seek from the government.
