Weekend Curfew: Patients, families await treatment outside AIIMS

While weekend curfew has been imposed in Delhi till 5 am on Monday, patients and their families with nowhere to go, continue waiting outside for treatment. Patient, Ajay Kumar said, “I have come here from Allahabad and waiting since April 12 for treatment of blood clot in brain. We are trying to evade police.” One of the patients’ mother Sheila Devi said, “I have came here from Bihar with my son for his brain tumour treatment and waiting since April 12. We have no other option to stay here outside as there is no way to go back.”
