SADC Troika meeting is important

Thursday's meeting of the Southern African Development Community Troika is important. This because the Mozambican government needs to present an integrated strategy to stop the insurgency in Cabo Delgado. That's the word from senior consultant for Southern Africa at the International Crisis Group, Piers Pigou. Pigou was engaging on the deepening crisis in Mozambique.
