Owners to decide if the troubled building should be sold

Owners of apartments in Sydney's troubled Mascot Towers building have been told their best option is to sell up and expect losses of up to 80 per cent. It's been almost two years since residents were evacuated from the 10-storey building's 132 apartments after cracks were found in the basement. Treacy Sheehan owns an apartment in Mascot Towers.
