Huoqiu is rich in resources. The water is vast. It has
three lakes，four reservoirs，five tributaries of Huaihe
River. It has been a land of fish and rice since ancient
times. In order to transform natural advantage into
industrial advantage, based on the traditional cultivation
of rice, we explored the rice + lobster rotation, support
mode, raising shrimps with rice, promoting rice with
shrimp. It really realizes the dual-use of one water, double
harvest in one field.
