Bengal election: EC serves notice to BJP's Dilip Ghosh over Cooch Behar remark

After imposing a 24-hour campaing ban on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of the TMC, the election commission has now served a notice to BJP Bengal chief Dilip Ghosh over his controversial remarks about the Cooch Behar violence on the day of polling.
