This film is indeed rare. There is no mention of it ever being registered in the Library of Congress and no public record of the production company (Foundation Films) ever existing. This piece focuses on the miracles and ministry of Jesus as opposed to telling the complete story of his life. The titles credit Harry S. Webb as director. The only Harry S. Webb I know of is the poverty row producer who died in 1959. So, it's either someone with the same name or the footage was shot years earlier and only released in 1962. The only actors whose names I recognize are Douglas Rutherford as Herod and John Alvin as Andrew. Both played support parts in '60s "B" movies. Some narration is done by Evan Byron Scott. A real oddity and mystery film. This film fell into the public domain in 1990 from lack of renewal.
