In My Friend Named Breezy, while trying to fly their kite Wizzy and Wigg befriend Breezy, a gentle breeze, and learn all about wind. When they help Breezy become a bigger wind, she gets used by Deliria and Cloid, who want to blow down Zula Patrol Headquarters. Wigg and Wizzy get their friend Breezy to stop just in time.
