Demonstrators gathered outside New Scotland Yard after police broke up a peaceful vigil for Sarah Everard the previous day.
London's Metropolitan Police have come under fire for arresting, handcuffing and dragging people away, while they were paying their respects.
Everard went missing on March 3 walking through Clapham to her home in Brixton Hill.
Her body was later found by police in woodland near Ashford in Kent.
A police officer has been charged with the kidnapping and murder of the 33-year-old.
Everard’s killing has reignited the conversation about women’s safety in the UK and across the globe.
Many shared their experiences of assault and harassment, as well as the lengths women go to stay safe, such as changing routes, having keys ready, or faking phone calls.
Home Secretary Priti Patel has demanded a report on the police’s response to the vigil.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson said he was ‘deeply disturbed’ by the scenes in Clapham.
