Dog and bird are best buddies

Forest, a two-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer and 8-month-old Green-cheeked parakeet, live in Bowmanville, Ontario. The dog was run over as a puppy so his trauma made him afraid of everything, including the bird. Now they're best friends!
