Alia Bhatt drops pictures from the sets of ‘Brahmastra’; calls Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji ‘Magical Boys’
Actress Alia Bhatt shared photographs from her upcoming action fantasy film ‘Brahmastra’ yesterday. In her post, the ‘Highway’ actress stated that she is feeling blessed to be part of the film. She also referred to actor Ranbir Kapoor and director Ayan Mukherji as magical boys who are ready to set the big screen on fire after the release of the film.

Alia Bhatt shared two new photos where she is seen posing with the film's director Ayan Mukherji and her co-star Ranbir Kapoor with an enormous statue of Goddess Kali.

While the first picture sees the trio facing the goddess, with probably the script in their hands, the second sees Alia seated between the director and Ranbir, smiling. Alia shared the pictures with the caption,

"It’s a blessing to be on this journey.. & these magical boys just make everything (with three fire emojis and three heart emojis) P.S - this is jussssttt the beginning."

Dharma Production's one of the most ambitious projects, ‘Brahmastra’ will be the first collaboration between Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. Before ‘Brahmastra’, Ranbir has collaborated with his close friend Ayan Mukherji for films like ‘Wake Up Sid’ and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.

It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Dimple Kapadia, Prateik Babbar, and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivotal roles and will serve as the first film in a planned trilogy. It will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Apart from ‘Brahmastra’, Alia Bhatt will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s biographical crime drama film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and S.S. Rajamouli’s multilingual period drama film ‘RRR’ with N. T. Rama Rao Jr, Ram Charan, and Ajay Devgn.

She is also producing a film titled ‘Darlings’ under her own production house Eternal Sunshine Productions in collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. The film is directed by Jasmeet K Reen. Apart from Alia, the film also stars Vijay Varma, Shefali Shah, and  Roshan Mathew in key roles.
