The scare of corona virus pandemic, diabetes, and other constant health problems made led me to a point where I had only 2 options - do or die!

The journey that started as an immunity-boosting plan also helped me attain my ideal body weight after being obese almost all my life. And, now I am here to share my knowledge and experience of weight loss with all of you because it was an eye-opener for me. Living an active lifestyle is definitely important but the most important part of being healthy is to eat right. The most common mistakes that lead us to massive weight gain are:
