Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad’s bail hearing was held in Delhi Tis Hazari court. Judge Kamini Lau came down heavily on the prosecutor representing Delhi Police for first not knowing all the charges against Azad listed in the First Information Report and then for the arguments presented for his continued remand. Azad aka “Raavan” was arrested by Delhi Police on December 21 for protesting on the steps of Jama Masjid against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
