Colleges reopen in Kashmir after 11 months

Colleges reopened in Kashmir after a gap of over 11 months when they were shut in March after the COVID pandemic. The entry to the colleges was however barred without face masks and the students were made to observe social distancing in the classes. The classes also began in batches where the enrollment was high.
