Homemade Sweet Dinner Rolls || Soft & Fluffy Sweet Dinner Rolls || Perfect Sweet Buns for Tea || Milk Bread


1 cups warm milk
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
1 large egg (room temperature)
3 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour
1/2 tablespoon unsalted melted butter


In a bowl, combine warm milk (almost 125°), yeast, sugar, salt, butter(softened, not melted), and eggs(room temperature).
Add flour gradually. Knead it until everything incorporates well. If using a stand mixer, knead it until dough leaves the sides of the bowl. Add more or less flour until the dough reaches the desired consistency.
Remove dough from the bowl and let it sit in a greased pan for 1 to 2 hours or until it doubled in size.
Lightly grease the baking sheet.
Divide the dough into 12 to 15 equal portions. Each portion can be 45 to 50 grams. Make round balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Cover it and leave it for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°. Bake the rolls for about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the rolls from the oven and brush with melted butter. Leave them in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes. Now transfer to a cooling rack. Store in a plastic bag once they are completely cooled.
