Police investigate Carletonville hospital fire

Accident or arson? That’s what investigating authorities are trying to piece together after a fire at the Carletonville Hospital on Thursday.  The blaze broke out in a storeroom, destroying personal protective equipment and other items worth R20 million. Some was meant for AngloGold Ashanti, which is being investigated by the Special Investigating Unit. A probe is under way and authorities are not ruling out foul play. eNCA’s Manqoba Mchunu reports. Courtesy #DStv403
