After a part of Nandadevi Glacier broke on Sunday morning, it resulted in massive flooding in the river Dhauli Ganga, Joshimath in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. The flash floods have damaged Rishiganga Power Project in Tapovan area and endangered the lives of people living along the banks of Dhauli Ganga. The flooding has also washed away the Joshimath-Malari bridge. Watch what Piyush Goal said.
