Mazda 3 reckless driving causing an accident.

Mazda 3 [SLC6952E] recklessly swerved from lane 1 to lane 2 causing an accident. Luckily the van on the lane 2 & big truck on the lane 3 manage to stop in time.

Accident location = PIE towards BKE/Jurong after exit 19 [Whitley road / Steven road]
