Border towns call for visitors to return after NYE exodus

The Victorian government's decision on NYE to close its border to all of New South Wales upset many people's holiday plans. It's also meant that Victorians holidaying just across the Murray River in border towns quickly moved out. That's had a devastating effect on those communities that were expecting to thrive during summer.
