CAR STOPS IN MY LANE ALMOST CAUSING A CRASH

Driving early in the morning next to a school bus. as I was driving I noticed a car slowly trying to ease into the median but obviously wasn't paying attention. because the bus was in the right lane, I couldn't simply change lanes to avoid the car so I have to make a halt and ensure my safety.

I believe if I wasn't honking my horn we would have collided.
