Accident today in carpark outside BCF Corio.

Looks like hand brake didn't work or was forgotten. Car rolled back and barely missed a car backing out of the park and then rolled across the way into opposite side. Witnessed a white haired gentleman come out of BCF after a while to find his car resting on the red carolla. He jumped in, and out his Ford back in its spot and went right on shopping in BCF. Came out a while later with a lady I assume was his partner and they got in their car and headed off like nothing happened. What ever happened to common decency.
