Ice rink in Poland tries to dodge coronavirus rules

The latest surge in coronavirus cases has led to a tightening of restrictions in countries around the world. This has had a big economic impact on many companies which have been forced to close their doors. But in Poland - they're trying to work round the rules. Tim Allman reports.
