Akshay Kumar drops FAU-G Anthem

Akshay Kumar unveiled the game FAU-G’s anthem and its release date.
The game’s creation was first announced when the Indian government banned the popular mobile game PUBG in September 2020 soon after border tensions with China escalated.
The actor took to Instagram and wrote:
"FAU-G Anthem

Whether it’s a problem within the country or at the border...these Bharat Ke Veer always stand tall. They are our Fearless And United Guards, our FAU-G! Witness the anthem

FAU-G, based on Indian Army soldiers, is set to release on 26th Januaray. The anthem and release date announcements come as PUBG Corporation tries to make a comeback in India, with a new game specially designed for the Indian market.

A short video from the game shows a scenario set in Ladakh where Indian soldiers go up against enemy troops. Unlike PUBG that was a battle royale, FAU-G will have episodes or missions.
Meanwhile on the work front, Akshay Kumar has "Bell Bottom", "Atrangi Re", "Bachchan Pandey" and "Prithviraj" lined-up for the release in 2021.
Prithviraj is a historical action drama film directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi and produced by Yash Raj Films. It is based on the life of Prithviraj Chauhan. The film will mark the acting debut of Manushi Chhillar. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Rana, and Sakshi Tanwar in pivotal roles.
