Mkhwebane says Magashule and Zwane didn't practice oversight

The actions of former Free State Premier Ace Magashule and former MEC Mosebenzi Zwane in the Vrede Dairy Project amounts to maladministration and improper conduct. That's the finding of Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane. She says they failed to execute their oversight responsibilities entrusted to them by the Constitution. The project saw millions of rands earmarked for developing a dairy project in the Free State, making its way into the accounts of Gupta associates.
