''Truth Has Prevailed'': Priyanka on CBI’s Hathras chargesheet

About three months after the horrific Hathras case, The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a charge sheet in the court and said that the four accused gang-raped and killed the 19-year-old Dalit woman. Four upper-caste men Sandeep, Luvkush, Ravi, and Ramu, who are in judicial custody now, have been charged with gang-rape and murder. The charge sheet has been filed under Sections 354, 376 A, 376 D, and 302 of IPC and SC/ST Act
