Man Swallows Giant Corkscrew

This man, a sword swallower, swallowed a giant corkscrew. He put the corkscrew in his mouth and slowly turned it to get it down his esophagus. He then took it back out by turning it in the opposite direction and successfully attempted this dangerous stunt.
