HOW TO COOK THE BEST GINATAANG GULAY WITH GROUND PORK

This Filipino vegetable dish is very nutritious and healthy. Vegetables were sautéed and cooked with ground pork, simmered in coconut milk. The texture of vegetables, ground pork and the tasty coconut milk is just perfect combination, every bite is just like fireworks in your mouth that you may want to have more. Serve it while it's hot with a freshly-steamed white rice.

Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
1 medium-sized onion
300g ground pork
1tbsp of fish sauce
1/4 tsp of ground pepper
2 pcs red chili
2 small-sized tomato
2 & 1/2 cup of coconut milk
10 pcs string beans
250g of squash
7 pcs of lady finger
3 big size fried eggplant
3 pcs green chili
