This Filipino vegetable dish is very nutritious and healthy. Vegetables were sautéed and cooked with ground pork, simmered in coconut milk. The texture of vegetables, ground pork and the tasty coconut milk is just perfect combination, every bite is just like fireworks in your mouth that you may want to have more. Serve it while it's hot with a freshly-steamed white rice.
