Be grateful – we often forget what we have and focus on what we wish we had. Each day, write down 3 things you’re grateful for.
Get rid of the negativity – it means surround yourself by positive people that will uplift you and stay away from arguments and negative conversations, or try to change the subject onto a more positive one.
Be good – we are too often obsessed by our own little problems but being good to people around you will help you feel better. Smiling to a stranger, complimenting a co-worker or helping out a friend.
Smile – connection between the mind and the body is not to be proven anymore. Smiling and adjusting your posture by standing straight will make you feel more confident and positive.
Change the perspective – seek the positive in a situation, try not to focus on what you missed but more on what opportunities can come from that.
It’s never all black or white and you are the only one that can decide to move things to your advantage!
