How to Make Chipotles and Other Smoked Peppers - Jalapeños, Serranos, and Habaneros - BurqueñoBQ

I use Chipotles in TONS of my BurqueñoBQ recipes, but today I decided to try smoking a couple of other peppers as well. A little experimenting never hurt anyone, right?
