Ten People Have Died And 9 Others Are Still Missing After A Boat Capsized At The Usenge Beach In Siaya County. Police Boss Francis Kooli Said The Boat Ferrying Goods From Uganda Had About 20 People Including The Crew . He Said So Far 11 Bodies Have Been Retreived From The Lake.
